This is our fee for online payments, with no minimum charges per invoice. Stripe's own card and wallet processing fees are charged separately by Stripe.
If a client clears a $100 invoice online, LoveInvoice's fee is $1.00 plus Stripe fees. If they settle a large $3,000 package, LoveInvoice's fee stops firmly at exactly $4, plus Stripe fees.

What happens when a client settles by manual bank wire?
If your customer sends a bank transfer or provides physical cash, it stays completely free. The LoveInvoice fee is strictly optional and only comes into play when a customer chooses to use automated online credit card processing. Stripe's own processing fees still apply to those online payments.
Why is the payment cap so low?
Most payment systems aggressively penalize high-value freelancers. By establishing a flat cap of just $4 on LoveInvoice's fee, we ensure that large payments aren't nibbled away by our percentage math. Stripe processing fees are separate, but our portion stays capped.
Do I link my own Stripe profile?
Yes! LoveInvoice hooks directly into your primary Stripe dashboard through secure authentication. You maintain complete, independent control of your customer funds, and Stripe charges its own processing fees separately from LoveInvoice's capped fee.
